Please note that individual events may have a separate "Privacy Information" page, detailing the applicable privacy policy, the data controller and data protection officer. 

Data protection: By signing up you agree that your name, affiliation and email address will exclusively be used by the de.NBI Administration Office for matters related to the organization of  deNBI related events. Your data will be stored for up to 8 weeks after the event end. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent at any time in writing without giving reasons. Please send your revocation to events@denbi.de.

You can request information at any time about which images and which data we process about you and you have a right of rectification and/or completion if the personal data processed concerning you is inaccurate or incomplete. You may at any time request that the processing of your personal data be limited and you can request at any time that the personal data concerning your person shall be deleted immediately. Further you have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
